PhD candidate in Industrial Engineering with over 20 years of specialized experience in planning and management of oil, gas, and petrochemical projects. He has held various managerial roles, including Deputy and Lecturer at Payame Noor University, Executive Advisor to the CEO of Shastan, Senior Expert in Planning and Project Control at the Ministry of Oil, and has collaborated with the Pars Special Economic Energy Zone Organization.
Among his academic achievements are the publication of several international and domestic scientific articles in the fields of export, human resource management, and organizational structure strategy.
Dr. Hossein Karami, Member of the Board
Dr. Hossein Karami, who holds a Ph.D. in Financial Management from the University of Tehran, has an exceptional track record in the fields of financial management and investment. He has held influential positions at leading companies such as Mehregan Tamin Pars, Amin Tavan Afarin, Arzesh Afarinan Tose’e Paydar, Pasargad Bank Brokerage, and Karizma Portfolio Management.
In addition to his executive roles, Dr. Karami is a lecturer in fundamental analysis and a consultant at Mahan Higher Education Institute, where he actively facilitates the transfer of knowledge. His professional experience includes leading major projects, such as evaluating the share divestment plan of the Social Security Organization and designing corporate governance systems for large companies.
Dr. Ali Moayer, Member of Board
Dr. Ali Moayer, CEO of the Iran Road Construction and Civil Engineering Company, has been appointed as a new member of the Board of Directors of Petro-Palayesh Negin Makran Company, serving as the legal representative of Petro-Omran Makran Company (a subsidiary of Shestan Commercial Investment Company).Dr. Moayer holds a Ph.D. in Project Management from
Malek Ashtar University, having previously earned a Master’s degree in Construction Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. He also holds a Grade 2 professional license—covering structural design calculation, supervision, and execution—from the Engineering Organization and is recognized as an experienced executive in the management and implementation of civil and industrial projects.Among his professional backgrounds, we can mention cooperation and implementation of projects for groups such as the municipalities of Tehran, Shiraz and Qazvin, the New Cities Development Company, the Ministries of Defense, Power, Oil and Roads and Urban Development, the Ports and Maritime Organization and the Freeway Construction and Development Company.
It is hoped that by utilizing his specialized knowledge and management experiences, the development process and advancement of the goals of Negin Makran Petrorefinery Company will be further strengthened.
