The Makran Negin Petro-Refinery Project with support of the law of protection of Development of Downstream Industries on Crude Oil and Gas Condensates through Public Investment,” has obtained max. benefit from the incentives and exceptional facilities provided under this law — such as feedstock discounts, export privileges, pre-sales arrangements, and access to international financing. and constitutes a fundamental step towards ending crude oil exports and advancement in value-added growth national economic chain.
This project stands out as a record-holder in job creation among similar Projects, generating over 10,000 direct and indirect jobs during construction , more than 2,500 skilled personel during operation , and tens of thousands of supplementary employment opportunities across Hormozgan Province and neighboring regions.
