He has management experience in the Arak and Tehran refineries, the Fuel Optimization Company, has served as Deputy Minister of Oil, and has been Chairman of the Board of Mokran Negin Petro-Refinery.
Dr.Kamran Pourmohammadi – CEO and Deputy Chairman of the Board
PhD in Economics, Master in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Strategy, Bachelor in Industrial Engineering (Industrial Production), and over 26 years of experience in quality management, industrial projects, and policymaking at national level, including the development of the country’s macro policies in the field of quality. Recipient of the National Quality Award, Chairman of the Apprisal Committee of Iran’s National Excellence Festival, Board Member of the Digital Transformation Association, and official lecturer of universities. Senior consultant for advanced industrial projects, national evaluator of EFQM awards, and project manager of multiple research projects in advanced industries. Deputy of Projects Planning and Budget, and Deputy of Economic and Investment at the Social Security Organization (Shastan, Ghadir, Mehregan Financial Group, Kosar Insurance and Empowerment).
Dr. Hossein Karami, Member of the Board
Dr. Hossein Karami, who holds a Ph.D. in Financial Management from the University of Tehran, has an exceptional track record in the fields of financial management and investment. He has held influential positions at leading companies such as Mehregan Tamin Pars, Amin Tavan Afarin, Arzesh Afarinan Tose’e Paydar, Pasargad Bank Brokerage, and Karizma Portfolio Management.
In addition to his executive roles, Dr. Karami is a lecturer in fundamental analysis and a consultant at Mahan Higher Education Institute, where he actively facilitates the transfer of knowledge. His professional experience includes leading major projects, such as evaluating the share divestment plan of the Social Security Organization and designing corporate governance systems for large companies.
Mr. Arsalan AbdPour – Member of Board
PhD candidate in Industrial Engineering with over 20 years of specialized experience in planning and management of oil, gas, and petrochemical projects. He has held various managerial roles, including Deputy and Lecturer at Payame Noor University, Executive Advisor to the CEO of Shastan, Senior Expert in Planning and Project Control at the Ministry of Oil, and has collaborated with the Pars Special Economic Energy Zone Organization.
Among his academic achievements are the publication of several international and domestic scientific articles in the fields of export, human resource management, and organizational structure strategy.
