In implementation of law of Protection of Development of Down Stream Industries in crude oil with utilization of public investment approved by decree dated 15-7-2019 of Islamic Consultative Assembly and also Approval of Implementation Regulation of aforementioned law on 8-1-2020 in Government Cabinet of I.R.Iran the decree for Construction of a 300.000 Barrel Crude oil Refinery issued for Shastan Trading Investment Co., and subsequently the decree for Petro-refinery in Bandar Abbas was issued.
